Grandma Bowling, Dad, Dad's coat, & Mom A Baby Sherrie Burrito

Who needs a minivan when you can transport Grandma Bowling, Mom, Aunt Sharron, Shannon, Dad, Shanda and (I'm assuming) the baby in the Bug?

  1. Grandma Bowling (Drucilla) loved driving in the car. That is amazing to me because of her arthritis. Grandpa & Grandma drove from Gilroy to LA, picked up Sherrie, Dad & me and then we drove to Holbrook Arizona to visit Aunt Sharron's family. Obviously before car seats for kids or we would really have been squished. We stopped and did an endowment session in the Mesa Temple. I think Grandma B. must have stayed outside with Sherrie.

  2. I love all these old pictures~it would be fun to scan in all that Mom and Dad B. have and the ones you have Sherrie so that we could all have them to print out for our individual family albums.

  3. This post reminds me of driving around with my family. We would squish all 9 of us into our little car. My Mom always claimed she would make a sign that said "there are 9 of us" to stop the stares/counting from other cars.
